Frequently asked questions
What is your turn around time?
Turn around is between 5-7 business days, depending on peak seasons. If you need your photos sooner, a rush fee can be added at the time of booking or will be billed to you upon request during or after the shoot.
Can I decide where to shoot?
I am open to hearing your location ideas, however I have the right to decline location suggestions as I see fit. There is a travel fee that is charged based on milage.
Do you offer any special packages or photo opportunities?
If none of my package options fit what it is you are looking for, you are welcome to contact me under the "Contact" tab and provide me with additional details regarding your request. I am able to make some accommodations however, I cannot guarantee every special request will be fulfilled. I will do my best. In addition to this, if there is a desire for me to capture a special event, please contact me so that I may provide you with the designated rates.
What if I’m running late?
Please communicate any potential tardiness. There is a small grace period, which will be communicated upon booking. In efforts to have your photos turned over in the expressed time frame, it is important that the schedule is not heavily altered due to tardiness. Any tardiness outside of the grace period, will result in a late fee.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Rescheduling is based on my availability and must be approved by me. If another date is available within 30 days a rescheduling fee of $35 will be charged and your session will need to be rescheduled within 30 days from the original date. If a date is not available, the original date will remain and if you do not show up your session is cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable. Any money paid minus the deposit will be refunded to you.
